Luana Asiata is a London based artist with a background in Fine Arts and Graphic Design. She creates abstract interpretations through intimate drawings and paint studies that focus on identity and belonging, triggered by memories from her travels, nature and people. Layering bold colours, patterns and shapes she creates a visceral, tactile scene that feels modern and familiar. Luana regularly travels to Co. Waterford where her husbands family are from. This is a place that is a constant source of inspiration in her work.
